New Thank You Bear
There is a cute new bear on the block, whose sole purpose in life is to say Thank You. Thank You Bear is the creation of new internet company, thethankyoucompany.co.uk aimed at people who want to say thank you to bear lovers.
The new web based advice and retail site has been set up as the first port of call for people who want to say thank you properly and really mean it. The site offers free advice, a free reminder service and examples of how to say thank you as well as gifts as thank you presents plus one of the largest selection of thank you cards in one bespoke location.
Thank You Bear is a nine inch (when sitting) plush bear who wears a blue jumper sporting the words ‘Thank You’ across his chest. At just £12.99 you can send Thank You Bear, along with a message, to anyone in the U.K.
“He is the perfect little present to send anyone, and especially bear lovers,” says 22-year-old Caroline Hinton, the face behind the new company.
Continues Caroline, “Whilst doing my degree, I worked in my mother’s PR business and before that, in her educational toyshop when I was at school. When I finished college I didn’t particularly want to go and work for someone else. I wanted my own company. So we put all our retail and marketing experience together and decided on a new retail opportunity. TheThankYouCompany.co.uk came out of mind mapping sessions.
“It is a really exciting venture,” continues Caroline. “I have been involved with the setting up of the business, working on the website, creating the images, selecting the products, visiting the trade shows and now the marketing. Although some of my friends earning much more than I am at the moment, if it really takes off then the tables could be turned.”
